Hjertelig velkommen til kvinnesirkel med fokus på Hals chakra.
Halschakraet ligger midt i halsområdet.Følelsesmessig handler halschakraet om å utrykke din sannhet. Det handler om å utrykke den du er, til omverdenen. Hele den du er. Med andre ord handler det om mer enn å snakke mye eller lite, men om både snakking, skriving, handling, og energien du har og sender ut. Det handler om i hvilken grad du lever ditt autentiske deg ut i verden.
Denne sirkelen er for kvinner som søker en dypere forbindelse med kroppen og feminin kraft. På møtet vårt vil vi dykke inn i oss selv, koble oss til vår sannhet, uttrykke oss gjennom ulike praksiser, dans og kreativitet.
Ingen forkunnskaper er nødvendig.

Few words about me:
Author of book: „Creaction of New Eart - theory and practise”. Sound Medicine is my way of life - mission to share with people: beuty of wibration and music, comming straight from the heart.
Last couple of years I’ve done hundreds of events in biggest cities of Poland: festiwals, workshops, yoga houses, holiday resorts and beautiful places.
I decided to sell all my instruments and travel to Norway to learn how to build, work as a builder. My dream is build my own home and workshops space.
After few weeks instruments started to comming back to me, so I understood that is my destiny.
I do mens and mix circles, sound and cacao ceremony, puja (all night concerts) and also massage: Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Nui, Kamertons (tuning forks) or individual crystal bowls and gong.

In this workshop, we will work on strengthening our relationship with our own body and inner wisdom. We start the workshop with a short conversation about what we are here to do together, and what you can expect and possibly experience before you are guided through a Cacao ceremony, an active and powerful Breathwork experience, and Ecstatic dance.
About Cacao:
Ceremonial Cacao is a soft, feminine, loving and heart-stimulating medicine used to become more open, increase your sense of connection with yourself and those around you.
The active ingredients that make up the composition of cocoa lead to an increased mood, a feeling of joy, emotional closeness and pleasure. Cocoa is traditionally considered a "luxury delicacy" and "aphrodisiac". Since cocoa helps open your heart chakra, it results in positive transformations in your personality, especially when you set the right intention: a new vision of life, liberation from old behavior patterns and life traumas, a deeper understanding of yourself and your unique life path.
About Breathwork:
This specific breathwork pattern is an active meditation technique that allows you to connect with your breath and clear stuck energy in the body and mind. It allows you to feel where your blocks reside and actively move through them, creating a portal for deeper personal connection and healing. We end the class with reflection and integration. Throughout the workshop, you will be encouraged to work with and listen to your own body, and Ingunn will also invite you along the way to listen more deeply.
About Ecstatic dance:
Ecstatic dance is a form of dance in which the dancers, sometimes without the need to follow specific steps, abandon themselves to the rhythm and move freely as the music takes them, leading to trance and a feeling of ecstasy.
