Kundalini awakening | Ecstatic dance | Sound healing

This workshop is aimed at liberating the body and expanding consciousness through the activation of Kundalini energy. We start the workshop with a short conversation about what we are here to do together, and what you can expect and possibly experience before you are guided through an Ecstatic dance, Kundalini Awakening(KA) session, and Sound healing. During the session, you may experience unique physical and out-of-body manifestations of Kundalini energy; each experience is distinct. Every individual is unique, and the energy works with you precisely as you need it at that moment in time.
