Cacao | Breathwork | Ecstatic Dance

In this workshop, we will work on strengthening our relationship with our own body and inner wisdom. We start the workshop with a short conversation about what we are here to do together, and what you can expect and possibly experience before you are guided through a Cacao ceremony, an active and powerful Breathwork experience, and Ecstatic dance.

About Cacao:

Ceremonial Cacao is a soft, feminine, loving and heart-stimulating medicine used to become more open, increase your sense of connection with yourself and those around you.

The active ingredients that make up the composition of cocoa lead to an increased mood, a feeling of joy, emotional closeness and pleasure. Cocoa is traditionally considered a "luxury delicacy" and "aphrodisiac". Since cocoa helps open your heart chakra, it results in positive transformations in your personality, especially when you set the right intention: a new vision of life, liberation from old behavior patterns and life traumas, a deeper understanding of yourself and your unique life path.

About Breathwork:

This specific breathwork pattern is an active meditation technique that allows you to connect with your breath and clear stuck energy in the body and mind. It allows you to feel where your blocks reside and actively move through them, creating a portal for deeper personal connection and healing. We end the class with reflection and integration. Throughout the workshop, you will be encouraged to work with and listen to your own body, and Ingunn will also invite you along the way to listen more deeply.

About Ecstatic dance:

Ecstatic dance is a form of dance in which the dancers, sometimes without the need to follow specific steps, abandon themselves to the rhythm and move freely as the music takes them, leading to trance and a feeling of ecstasy.
